Dave Letele (Ngāti Maniapoto, Samoa) is a community leader, life coach and motivational speaker based in Tamaki Makaurau, Auckland. Dave is founder of Buttabean Motivation (BBM) which Delivers targeted health, nutrition, and fitness programmes. Through BBM Dave also helps support youth employment programmes, runs the BBM Foodshare, fundraises and advocates on behalf of communities in need. Dave also has appeared on Dancing with the Stars and has his own radio show on Today FM. In 2022 Dave won the Kiwibank New Zealand Local Hero Of the Year Award Te Pou Toko o te Tau for Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau. Dave is passionate about sharing his story and others like his to the wider community and promoting a new type of media, “media that matters”. 

Amanda Wilson is a communications, brand and business strategist with extensive experience in media, having directed marketing and PR for one of the biggest networks in Aotearoa. Here Amanda launched one of the largest On Demand platforms, established the first social media communities for channels, show and talent and launched mass local formats including The Block NZ, NZ’s Next Top Model, Dancing with the Stars and more. Amanda is an integrated marketing and engagement specialist who can see the big picture for every project and prides herself on  joining the dots”. She has led some of Aotearoa's most high profile campaigns and brand Launches.  Amanda sits on the board of Not for Profit organization - Big Buddy and is the founder of Purpose Led People - supporting individuals and organizations in the community who live and lead with purpose. Which is how she met Dave. Struck by his ‘make it happen energy’ - the rest, as they say, is history!

Ant Farac is widely considered one of the best in the business when it comes to creative ideas and execution for mass reach television and digital content projects - having been a core part of the creative team for NZ’s iconic comedy hit bro’ Town and later as ECD at Mediaworks/Discovery NZ leading all creative for high profile shows such as Dancing with the Stars, The Block and X-Factor NZ. He has rebranded entire news services (3 News to Newshub) and Networks (TV3 to THREE) - and is expert in developing and executing creative that carries across platforms. Ant also takes a hands on approach to directing ( having directed all his campaign spots and advertisements), editing and design, most recently as Supervising Editior on TVNZ’s new local comedy Duckrockers & designer of the Duckrockers logo and opening titles.
